Here's some potentially inaccurate math: Assuming your lymph nodes are shrinking at a linear rate, after 4 months of treatment they have shrunk 2.1 cm, which implies a 0.53 cm reduction per month.
If that pattern holds up, maybe they'll be down to 1 cm by the end of April?

Mine nodes did exactly the same thing (except took a little longer to shrink to their now still slightly larger than normal size)...and I'm still kicking 3 years down
and you do look dashing/dapper etc btw but I think it's the slight twinkle in your eyes :)

How big is a lymph node supposed to be?
Less than a half inch is about normal, but that depends on where the node is located. Some are as small as 1 cm.
I'm thinking you look quite dapper as well!
